Contemporary Master Bathroom Remodel in Roxborough

This was a very dramatic renovation. The custom home is in Roxborough with a beautiful million dollar view, unfortunately the master bathroom was extremely dated and poorly laid out by the original builder.

This is the the beauty shot of the massive two person shower we created, it's all custom designed in-house by ourselves. Designed to be very large, with clean lines and an open design. There is no door, just a central open entrance created by the frameless panels of Euro style glass.

This picture shows a before picture taken in the same spot as the after picture above. The old shower was actually behind the wall behind the vanity (you can see the entrance to the left of the vanity and it went all the way back behind the vanity like a cave. We removed the vanity, the wall behind the vanity and the old shower and built the new shower in place of it all.

This is what the shower behind the vanity wall looked like. Very long and narrow.

A construction progress picture, you can see the old shower is gone, the wall is gone and the vanity is gone. We still had to remove all the plumbing, and begin all the new framing.

The new shower before the custom glass installation. You can see all the details of the new shower. New lighting in the now tiled ceiling, a custom niche on the right hand side for shampoo, a small shower shaving bench on the left.  The shower is big enough to have two main showering areas, so we created a custom multi-function showering system, with shower head and body sprays on the right and a special flush to the ceiling rain maker in the ceiling on the left.

The new tiled shower ceiling, new lighting and a Kohler four head rainmaker in the ceiling.

Here's a good view of the custom built shampoo niche. As you can see, everything was perfectly designed and executed, the niches are exactly the same size as the full size wall tiles, so all the grout lines line up perfectly.

The framing is going in for the new corner bathtub

Here is the final picture of the new bathtub. The bathtub deck top is granite. Every piece of tile on the tub face was specially cut and all the pieces fit together like a jigsaw puzzle forming very clean lines.
