Tracie
wanted to make a big change in her
master bathroom, a change in both
layout and style. She had the
typical Highlands Ranch bathroom
with carpet on the floor and 4 inch
white tiles in the bathtub.
Tracie wanted color, bold color and
to make a statement. Topping her
list was getting a separate shower
and jetted bathtub. I
suspected that removing the closet
in the bathroom and incorporating a
better design in the walk in closet
adjoining the bathroom we would gain
the room she needed to make her
design work. Laying it all out
on our computer soon showed that we
could bring Tracie's wants and needs
to reality.

Tracie said her other big
complaint about her bathroom
was in the winter it was
always cold. To solve
this problem we incorporated a
secondary warming system using
a programmable thermostat and
heater. The heater wakes up
before the homeowners ensuring
a warm and toasty bathroom
every morning now. |
