Major Duties
| Runs
Job site performs the daily
production work required in
bathroom remodeling, supervises
staff carpenters and
sub-contractors, responsible for
organizing job site to keep job
running in an orderly fashion with
no delays or time over runs.
Responsible for keeping a safe and
clean jobsite during workday.
Organizes tool trailer, work
schedule. Represents company to
customer. Small change orders.
Creating running punch lists. |

efficiently and safely,
understanding the framing inside
walls, electrical and plumbing
inside wall, understanding how to
remove showers, shower pans,
bathtubs, cabinets, sinks, faucets
and other finished materials in a
bathroom. |
